Global Reports
Global Reports is the market leader in providing fast access to full-color, PDF financial filings for publicly-traded companies around the world.
The Global Reports Library, which was launched in 2001, is a database of full color, native PDF annual and interim reports filed by publicly traded companies in more than 100 countries. .
Information typically included in an annual report includes a Chairman or President's letter, description of main sales and marketing activities, management discussion and analysis, auditor's report, detailed financial statements and 10-year summary of financial figures, list of subsidiaries and company addresses, and list of directors and officers. Many annual reports are "corporate works of art" and include detailed charts, tables, graphs, and photographs. The annual report provides a clear view of how the company views itself.
Interim reports, issued for publicly traded companies either six months from the end of the fiscal year or on a quarterly basis, provide an update on a company's business activities between annual reports. Disclosure requirements vary by country so these reports can be as short as a one-page press release or can be as detailed as a "mini-annual report."
Users can search on the company name, ISIN, industry or date to find a list of available reports, and then download individual reports as PDF files. Each online document also includes a link back to Global Reports, LLC, for users wishing to locate and purchase earlier reports for the same company.
